VIDEO: Two years after classrooms went dark, a college campus reflects on its pandemic journey
Here's how MSU Denver carried on its mission through the deadliest and most disruptive pandemic in U.S. history.
On March 11, 2020, Metropolitan State University of Denver President Janine Davidson, Ph.D., announced that due to the growing concern over Covid-19, all classes would be happening online. A week later, employees were asked to leave campus and to begin working remotely. The next two years were a roller coaster of highs and lows as the deadliest pandemic in U.S. history surged and receded multiple times. Through it all, MSU Denver students, staff members and faculty members remained committed to carrying on the University’s mission, and resilience carried the day. Here’s how it unfolded.
