Steve Geinitz, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Computer Sciences Department at Metropolitan State University of Denver. His areas of expertise include machine learning, statistics and technology algorithms.
With over 23 years of experience in the tech industry, Geinitz has worked at small startup companies as a software developer and at larger companies such as eBay and Facebook as a research data scientist.
Geinitz received his bachelor’s degree from MSU Denver, a master’s degree from the University of Colorado and a doctorate degree from the University of Zurich in Switzerland, all in Computer Science.
