Steve Geinitz, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Computer Sciences Department at Metropolitan State University of Denver. His areas of expertise include algorithms, machine learning, and statistics.
Geinitz has over a decade of experience in the technology industry, working in small startup companies as a software developer and at larger companies such as eBay and Facebook as a research data scientist.
Geinitz received his doctorate from the University of Zurich in Switzerland, a master’s degree from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree from MSU Denver, all in Computer Science.
