Anna Ropp, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her expertise includes responses to discrimination, gender and LGBTQ+ discrimination and prejudice.
Ropp has been teaching at Metropolitan State University of Denver since 2010. She teaches Introduction to Statistics for Social and Behavioral Sciences, Psychology of Group Prejudice and Multicultural Psychology. research interests include students’ perception of the campus and classroom environment for LGBTQ individuals as well as individuals’ responses to discrimination.
She received her Ph.D. and her master’s in Social Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas State University at San Marcos.
