About

Felix Flores, Ph.D., serves as an associate professor in the Marketing Department at Metropolitan State University of Denver. His areas of expertise encompass global business, marketing strategy, and multicultural marketing. His focus is centered around new product development and international marketing.

In addition to teaching, Flores has authored several articles on marketing, including co-authoring “Creating Strategies for Enhancing Complex New Product Development: Cluster Analysis of DEA Results,” which was featured in the American Journal of Management. His work also appears in the Journal of Marketing Development and Competitiveness, where he co-authored “New Product Development Creativity: A Data Envelopment Analysis Approach.” Flores has presented his research at numerous academic conferences organized by the American Marketing Association, the Academy of Marketing Science, and the Product Development Management Association.

Before joining MSU Denver, Flores was an Assistant Instructor of marketing and management at the University of Texas at El Paso.  

Flores earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso., He also holds two Master of Business Administration degrees, one from EGADE Business School and another from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, in addition to a Master of Science in Organizational Development from La Universidad de Monterrey and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Tecnologico de Monterrey.
