About
Gregory Clifton, J.D. is chair and a tenured professor in the Department of Accounting at Metropolitan State University of Denver. His expertise includes data analytics, audits, accounting and taxes. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Georgia, as well as the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Beyond his role at MSU Denver, he operates a private practice advising business, where he provides small businesses and individuals with expertise on tax matters.
Clifton received his Juris Doctorate in Law from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, his Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Georgia Southern University.
