About

Apryl Brodersen, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is an expert in assessment and human resources management.

Brodersen worked as a management consultant with a variety of clients and industries in the public and private sector including Valtera and CorVirtus before coming to MSU Denver in 2007. She currently serves an advisor for student internships, independent study, individualized degree programs, and honors theses; and provides academic advice and counseling to students in her discipline at MSU Denver.

She is active in service at the departmental, college, and university level, and is extensively involved with Assessment of Student Learning activities in both the Department of Management and the College of Business. She is “scholarly academic” (SA) qualified. Her research has been presented at national and international conferences; and has been published in a variety of peer-reviewed and other academic outlets.

Brodersen received her doctorate in industrial organizational psychology from Colorado State University in 2005 and a master’s in psychology at Stephen F. Austin State University in 1997.
