About

Aaron Templer is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he serves as the faculty lead for the University’s first student-run marketing agency course. His areas of expertise include the ethics and resistance of AI, branding strategies, digital marketing, marketing communications and public relations.

In addition to his lecturer role, Templer is the founder and owner of Three Over Four, a full-service brand strategy and digital marketing agency now in its 17th year. He is an active public speaker, addressing topics ranging from brand power and leadership to creativity and integrated marketing, and is a former professional instructor and lifetime member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), where he previously served as the National Council President and Local Chapter President.

Templer’s debut book, Leading in a Social World, is a seven-time award winner valued for reframing perceptions of social media marketing. He has also appeared in outlets such as Inc.com and MarketingProfs.

Templer earned a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurship and innovation from the University of Denver. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and studied percussion at Berklee College of Music.
