Lindsey Gorzalski

Lindsey Gorzalski, M.A., is an affiliate faculty in the Department of Finance at Metropolitan State University of Denver and a licensed Colorado realtor. Her areas of expertise include affordable housing and homeownership, housing choice vouchers, public housing, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations and subsidy programs. 

Gorzalski brings more than eight years of experience in public-sector affordable housing, including serving as executive director of a Denver-area public housing authority. She has overseen subsidized housing programs and worked closely with families and first-time homebuyers to navigate homeownership. Her professional background provides insight into housing affordability challenges, housing policy implementation, and access to housing resources. 

Prior to joining MSU Denver, Gorzalski taught at Arizona State University, the University of Phoenix, and the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Her teaching experience includes courses in introduction to affordable housing, critical literacy, and analysis of political and administrative data analysis. 

She earned her master’s in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her bachelor’s in Psychology and Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
